Arranging Appointments

Office visits are by appointment only. “Walk-ins” are not recommended since hours vary according to the doctor’s schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, the courtesy of 24 hours advanced notice is appreciated.Patients failing to cancel their appointments with at least 24 hours advance notice will be billed an administrative fee of $50.

Ample time is allowed for each patient in an unhurried fashion.

Dr. Radwaner listens to you carefully. He wants to make sure you have been heard and clearly understand his instructions so you can improve your health and prevent heart attacks and strokes. Educating you so you fully understand your health is a top priority. Our practice provides a concierge executive level of care from an experienced cardiologist with over 25 years of work preventing and treating cardiovascular disease.

Visits with ample time, our priority that you understand your health needs and are an active participant in your health, are among the things that make this practice unique in the rapidly changing world of medicine.

Prescription Refills and Lab Results

Our office has a state of the art internet patient portal for you to access lab results, request prescription refills, request new appointments, review your account statement and ask non-urgent questions. Please log in with your username and password at the patient log in icon at the top of this page. Dr. Radwaner has allocated time at the end of the office day to personally return your calls. NY State requires all prescriptions by done electronically as of March 2016. Out of state prescriptions can still be filled on paper.

Payment Options

To maintain quality care at a reasonable cost in Manhattan and to minimize the cost of billing and collection, we ask that you pay for service as they are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. As a courtesy to our patients the office will electronically submit all bills to your insurance carrier on your behalf so that they can reimburse you according to your health insurance plan.

All professional fees are the patient's financial responsibility, regardless of their insurance or their insurance companies decisions on payment.

Insurance

We are out of network with all private insurance. In addition to allowing unhurried visits, giving you the time you need with your doctor and allowing him to provide the instructions and education necessary for optimal medical care, this avoids the unethical conflict of interest where your doctor is contracted with, and paid by, a for profit insurance company.

We participate with Medicare
