About our Office

Arranging Appointments

Office visits are by appointments only. "Walk-ins" are not recommended since office hours vary according to the doctor's schedule.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, the courtesy of 24 hours advance notice is appreciated.

Ample time is allowed for each patient. Since emergencies are never refused, they occasionally disrupt the office schedule. This priority for emergency care ensures the highest quality of care for all our patients. However, every effort is made to minimize your inconvenience.

Prescription Refills and Lab Results

Our office has a state of the art internet patient portal for you to acess lab results, request prescription refills, request new appontments, review your account statement and ask non-urgent questions. Please log in with your user name and password at the patient log in icon at the top of this page. Dr. Radwaner has allocated time at the end of the office day to personally return your calls.

Insurance

Our office staff is happy to assist you in filing all insurance forms. We will need pertinent information including policyholder's name, contract number and group number (if applicable). Having your insurance card at the time of the visit is always recommended.

Fees

To maintain quality care at a reasonable cost and to minimize the cost of billing and collection, we ask that you pay for services as they are rendered.

Under certain circumstances, special considerations may be extended.
